Parking: You will find 4-hour street parking on SW 12th, just outside the salon. There is also 2-hour street parking in all directions, however all street spots are popular so please plan ahead. For paid lot parking, there is one open lot with no attendant just south of us, across from our main door on SW 12/Yamhill, and a covered lot with an attendant on 12th, just west of us. We do not offer any validations for parking.
Upon Arrival: Please use the call box at the building’s front door to be let in, choose suite 100. Listen closely for ‘the door is open’ message, which can be muddled with the noises of a bustling downtown. If the salon’s front door is locked, someone will let you in.
Cancellations: Each stylist has their own cancelation/rescheduling policy, which can be found on each stylist’s bio here. Please be sure to check with your stylist if you have any questions.
Hair Service Policy: All hair services are final. Any questions or concerns, please follow up with your stylist.
Product Return Policy: Products are not refundable, however we do offer exchanges on unused/lightly used products. This in-store credit must be used at the time of the exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please follow up with your stylist.
